		<description>I have had a few customers that also had problems with the solenoid. I either sent one I removed from a timer I had on the shelf or called DIG and they sent a replacement directly to the customer.

A conversation with a tech rep confirmed they had a weak spring in the solenoid and have since fixed the problem. They have since gone to a completely different solenoid and the problem has been fixed.</description>

		<description>I had a lot of trouble using this timer with the original solenoid. I contacted Dig about it and their support told me they are now using the R710 DC latching solenoid. They sent me the new solenoid and adapter free of charge and it is working perfectly.</description>
